Our DUPLEX designs are perfect for your urban infill site or multi-family development. They all feature an open plan, balconies or porches and have ten foot ceilings on the main living level.
We designed them with a 2 hour UL wall between the units which is excellent for noise isolation and allows them to be built on a "0" lot line.

Being duplexes, most juristictions don't require Architect or Engineering sealed drawings. For multiple builds we offer reduced pricing.
