Our GARAGE APARTMENT designs have a 24 x 24 garage footprint. The apartment's porch adds six more feet to the width. They both have 8' sidewalls sloping up to a 9' ceiling. Apartment sized appliances are utilized and HVAC is in overhead in the attic. As with most of our designs we include reversed plans in your plan set if you wish to flip it. We encourage you to adjust the siding to suit your taste or to more closely match your home.
